International Customs & Import Duties
Any customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country will be charged at delivery and it is the customer's responsibility. Customs duties and any charges vary from country to country. The customer is usually notified by the courier once when the order reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be covered by you once your parcel reaches the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.
Processing & Delivery Time
We normally expect to dispatch orders fulfilled by our courier within 1 working day, however during holidays or peak times, we may take up to 3 days for some orders. Orders placed Friday – Saturday will ship out Sunday.

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas. As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee’s collection between 07:30-19:30 hrs.

Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product. However, if you have received damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the new one. Within 24 hours of receiving damaged product, please kindly take picture of the product and send us pictures to email@example.com. Upon assessment, we will be confirming your new order with the replaced product.
