United Arab Emirates	Free shipping on all orders.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia	Free on all orders above 300 AED.
Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman	Free on all orders above 300 AED.
Lebanon	Free on all orders above 300 AED.
India	Free on all orders above 300 AED.
Rest of the World	100 AED on all orders.

 

International Customs & Import Duties
Any customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country will be charged at delivery and it is the customer's responsibility. Customs duties and any charges vary from country to country. The customer is usually notified by the courier once when the order reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be covered by you once your parcel reaches the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

Processing & Delivery Time
We normally expect to dispatch orders fulfilled by our courier within 1 working day, however during holidays or peak times, we may take up to 3 days for some orders. Orders placed Saturday – Sunday will ship out Monday.

United Arab Emirates	2-3 working  days
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman	5-6 working days.
Rest of the World	7-10 working days.

 

Shipping Restrictions & Out of Delivery Area
Christian Laurent® will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Musaffah, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport terminal 1, After airport site office, Al bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, Jabel Dhana, Journ ya Four, Liwa, Madinat Zayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Ghantoot,Sir Baniyas,Guwaifath,Das Island,Musaffah-ICAD City 2, Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp) ,

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas. As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee’s collection between 07:30-19:30 hrs.

NON-DELIVERY AREAS in Al Ain/Ajman/ Umma Al Quwain/ Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah vicinity:
Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp) , Adan, Al jeer, Shamm, Khath, Burairath, Siji Al Hail (crushers/dusan site) , Shahma residential area (Dhaid).

Returns
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product. However, if you have received damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the new one. Within 24 hours of receiving damaged product, please kindly take picture of the product and send us pictures to orders@christianlaurent.com. Upon assessment, we will be confirming your new order with the replaced product.
