1. Yes, we ship globally. On our delivery and returns page you can check the full list of countries we deliver to. 

2. Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery for the following regions only: UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.

3. Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. Please read our return policy.

4. Once the order is dispatched, we will send the tracking information to the registered email ID provided at the check-out.  If you haven’t received an email, please email us at care@christianlaurent.com and mention your order number. 

5. Please write to care@christianlaurent.com mentioning your order number, full name, and exact address you would like your order to be delivered to. 

6. If we are at fault for the damage, please contact us at care@christianlaurent.com providing reference pictures. Our team will contact you and provide further instructions on item replacement. 

7. Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

8. We advise you to check the package carefully. Sometimes we place small items attached to big ones. If the item is still missing, please contact us on care@christianlaurent.com.

9. The Christian Laurent Team makes sure that you receive what you have ordered. In the event that we have made a mistake, please email us on care@christianlaurent.com.
