Orders
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery for the following regions only: UAE & KSA.
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. Please read our return policy.
Once the order is dispatched, we will send the tracking information to the registered email ID provided at the check-out. If you haven’t received an email, please email us at orders@christianlaurent.com and mention your order number.
Please write to orders@christianlaurent.com mentioning your order number, full name, and exact address you would like your order to be delivered to.
Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
We advise you to check the package carefully. Sometimes we place small items attached to big ones. If the item is still missing, please contact us on orders@christianlaurent.com.
The Christian Laurent Team makes sure that you receive what you have ordered. In the event that we have made a mistake, please email us on orders@christianlaurent.com.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship globally. On our delivery and returns page you can check the full list of countries we deliver to.
We strive to dispatch orders fulfilled by our courier within 1 working day. During holidays or peak times, this may extend to a maximum of 3 days for some orders. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
Delivery times vary by location:- United Arab Emirates: 2-3 working days
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman: 5-6 working days
- Rest of the World: 7-10 working days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges.
Christian Laurent® will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product. However, if you have received damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the new one. Within 24 hours of receiving damaged product, please kindly take picture of the product and send us pictures to orders@christianlaurent.com. Upon assessment, we will be confirming your new order with the replaced product.
We have partnered with First Flight for local shipping services, ensuring efficient and reliable deliveries within our region. For all international orders, we entrust DHL, a globally recognized courier service. Rest assured, we provide tracking information for all orders, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
If we are at fault for the damage, please contact us at orders@christianlaurent.com providing reference pictures. Our team will contact you and provide further instructions on item replacement.
